Remedial Massage

Suffer from any pains: chronic, re-occurring, temporary, sharp, dull, achy?

Feel stiff, muscle tension, lack of mobility?

Suffer from headaches, migraines, numbness or tingling?

Remedial massage is a clinical based treatment involving the systematic assessment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues of the body to identify and treat muscolskeletal conditions and injuries. This therapy assists in rehabilitation, and pain and injury management.

Problems with muscles can radiate pain to other parts of the body, and lead to long-term or chronic pain, or develop into more serious health conditions. Remedial therapy aims to locate the source of pain and any contributing factors, and reducing any symptoms through appropriate manual therapy techniques, stretching, and corrective exercises.

If we think you need further assessments or a different treatment plan, Rehab+ will provide referrals to other healthcare professionals.
