Through functional assessments of specific movement patterns, our therapists can identify areas which you may be struggling with in training, or that may need improvement in order for you to achieve your training goal.

The combination of manual therapy sessions, form correction, and corrective exercises allows our therapists to address and help correct any muscular tightness, weakness, imbalances, or compensations, improve movement patterns, increase strength and mobility.

We also offer
– Coaching (Online Only Currently)
– Individualised Training programmes: athletics (speed training), strength & conditioning, powerlifting, gym-based, circuit.

*All programs range from 4-12 weeks based on individual goals and type of training.
